Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT) combines the evidence-based approaches of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with the focused awareness of hypnosis to create powerful, lasting change.

    I had my very first hypnotherapy session with Sarah and I’ll be honest, I went in sceptical. I’m very much a grounded, practical person and never really thought hypnotherapy, breathing work or visualisation would be “my thing.” But I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did.
