Work with me

Step 1: Discovery Call (30 min)

We’ll kick-start with a free, no obligation, 30 minute discovery video call. This gives us time to discuss any issues or areas of your life you would like to change. You can find out more about what our sessions will involve and what’s expected, as well as learning more about hypnotherapy, and discover whether we are the right fit to work together collaboratively to foster positive change in your life. 

Step 2: Initial Assessment (90 min)

We will start your therapeutic journey together and commence with the next step, which is a 90 minute initial assessment. This will involve a thorough exploration into the issues you would like to work on and where we can discuss and agree on your therapy goals. We will also begin our work with either a mindfulness, relaxation exercise or hypnotic skills training.

Step 3: Therapy Sessions (60-90 min)

Subsequent sessions are 60-90 minutes and include cognitive and behavioural interventions alongside hypnotherapy. Additionally, you will be taught the art of self-hypnosis, which can be used daily or as and when needed. You can choose between two packages (see below). We can discuss in the initial assessment which package best suits your needs and transformation requirements.

    I had my very first hypnotherapy session with Sarah and I’ll be honest, I went in sceptical.
