I’ve been there. Putting things off because I was afraid. Worried about what others might think. Nervous about not being good enough. For me, there was the breakup that changed everything.
Suddenly, I was single, alone, and the world felt terrifying. I realised just how much I’d been leaning on others for my sense of self. It was a wake-up call that shook me to my core. I had no idea who I was without someone else defining me.
The frustrating part wasn’t even the breakup itself. It was discovering how few practical tools exist for building true independence, confidence and self-compassion. We’re constantly told to “love yourself” (like it’s that simple!), but no one explains HOW to do it when you’re scared and uncertain.
Instagram is filled with posts about self-love and self-acceptance. But trying to apply those pretty quotes to the messiness of life? That’s the hard part. You need real, practical strategies, not just inspiration.
That’s why I started this journey. I wanted to create something for women who feel stuck, just like I did. Women who need more than just another motivational quote to find their inner strength.

The tools I’ll share with you aren’t just theoretical. They’ve transformed my life. When faced with paralysing automatic thoughts, I used self-hypnosis to vividly imagine my future exactly as I wanted it to be. I saw myself confident, independent, and thriving.
But visualisation alone wasn’t enough. I had to invest in myself, committing to change. When things got difficult (and they did!), what pushed me forward was the terrifying thought of becoming my own barrier, of someday looking back with regret because I was too afraid to try.
Today, I feel like I have a new lease of life. I’m on an exciting journey of growth, challenging myself to step out of my comfort zone, knowing that each step forward builds my confidence further. That’s exactly what I want for you! This approach has helped me overcome not just my fear of independence, but also manage my gym anxiety and even try boxing for the first time! Not only that, it has also helped me in being able to go on holiday abroad on my own and build confidence to try beginner dance classes!
I hold a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, which allows me to take a holistic approach to support both your mind and body. Because true wellbeing requires nurturing both. When you work with me, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and body all influence each other.
When I’m not helping clients just like you, you’ll find me embracing life through my love of nature and the outdoors. Living by the sea, I love walking, running and swimming, yes, even in the chilly British waters! There’s something transformative about that post-swim glow that keeps me coming back regardless of the cold! I also love getting lost in a good novel, temporarily transported to another world through the pages of a book. These simple pleasures remind me daily of how rich our lives can be when we’re free from our self-imposed limitations.
