I had my very first hypnotherapy session with Sarah and I’ll be honest, I went in sceptical. I’m very much a grounded, practical person and never really thought hypnotherapy, breathing work or visualisation would be “my thing.” But I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did. I was quite anxious beforehand, but from the very first discovery call Sarah put me at ease. She has a naturally calm, reassuring presence and creates a safe, completely judgement-free space, which made it easy to open up.
What I really liked was how clearly she explained everything. She took the time to talk me through what hypnotherapy actually is and how it works, which helped me trust the process rather than overthink it.
During the session, I felt supported and guided rather than pushed. By the end, I felt lighter and more settled and I also came away with simple, practical tools I can use on my own, which I really appreciated. While even one session was beneficial, I can absolutely see how more sessions would bring even greater results.
If you’re struggling with something and considering hypnotherapy, especially if you’re sceptical like I was, I truly recommend giving Sarah a go. My advice is simple: listen to her, trust the process and don’t fight it! As Sarah says herself: “it’s a two-way street - she can’t help you if you don’t want to help yourself”.
